great local cafe, nails the food menu for brekkie, brunch and lunch. lovely spot close to the beach and great for people watching while we started with brunch then rolled into happy hour and lunch. perfect lazy weekender

We went there on a Tuesday evening. By the time we left it was pretty full. So for a suburban restaurant which has been there for many years, this is a good sign. It was a quick dinner as we had to go and pick up the younger one, so one course each. The mains are of larger size, so was more than enough if you are counting calories and volume. I had the steak and my wife had the fish special - both excellent especially the fish. We have been here a number of times over the years, so it is a go to favorite usually for birthdays, etc. Service was attentive; some of the floor staff have been here for years so another good sign. Highly recommended.
